Draft for review: hosting and data retention arrangements must be confirmed before publication.
This policy explains how data is handled when you visit the website or contact FRHM about advertising, design, websites and hosting. It applies to individual customers and people acting on behalf of businesses.
1. Controller and contact details
Fernando Martins is the controller for the personal data covered by this policy. FRHM Publicidade is the brand presented on this website.
For questions about your data, contact geral@frhmpublicidade.pt or +351 917 780 248. Published contact addresses: Rua de Morangis, Lote 9, 8700-132 Olhão; E.N. 125 — Cascalheira, Nº 763 B, Quarteira, Faro.
2. Data and contact channels
The form requires your name, email, requested service and project description; without these fields, the enquiry cannot be validated. Your phone number is optional. Provide only what is needed; do not include health data, identity documents or other sensitive information.
The form currently allows you to fill in and validate fields but does not send the data to FRHM. To make an enquiry, use email, telephone or WhatsApp. Information sent through those channels will be received through your chosen service.
Visiting a page communicates your IP address and technical browser and request information to the server. Any retention of logs depends on the hosting service, whose arrangements must be confirmed before publication.
3. Why data is used
Quote enquiry data is used to understand the project, respond and prepare a proposal. When you request a service on your own behalf, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and, where a contract is agreed, performing it.
For general enquiries and requests on behalf of a business, the basis is FRHM's legitimate interest in responding and managing professional relationships, while respecting your rights.
A quote enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This website has no newsletter subscription or solely automated decisions that produce effects on visitors.
4. Retention
Contact data should be kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up the enquiry. If a contract is agreed, the relationship's duration and relevant legal periods apply. Without a contract, the criterion is the need to follow up the enquiry, subject to legal duties or the defence of rights.
These criteria and technical log retention periods must be confirmed with the controller and service providers before publication.
5. Access and service providers
Access to enquiries should be limited to people who need to handle them. Hosting and email providers may be involved in delivering those services. Their identities, processing locations, contractual arrangements and any transfers outside the European Economic Area still need to be confirmed.
No sending service is connected to this version of the form. Information about recipients and transfer safeguards will be updated before such a service starts receiving data.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data and, where the law provides, portability or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
Send your request to geral@frhmpublicidade.pt. A response should normally be provided within one month; any legally permitted extension must be explained and communicated. You may also complain to Portugal's data protection authority (CNPD) using the link below.
7. External links and cookies
Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other websites open services with their own policies. We do not embed those services or automatically send them information entered in the form.
Fonts and images are served by this website. Read the Cookie Policy for details of what this version uses. This policy will be reviewed when data processing or the services used change.
